Using today technologies, we can reduce distribution costs and offer our iberian products at best possible price. We are artisans of curing jamon iberico, specially jamon iberico de bellota, these black-foot pigs are fed 100% on acorns, dry cured with love and hung for over 48 months in a natural dryers. 
In the heart of Salamanca ( Spain ) , we can find a small town ( Gallegos de Solmiron ) that keeps producing one of the most prized delicacies in the whole World, the Original Jamón 7 Bellotas ® or 7 Bellotas ® Iberian ham ( Jamón Ibérico de Bellota), its tradition methods of elaboration and drying are a guarded secret for centuries.
